What we collect

• When you call or text: your phone number, the time of the call, and what you tell us about the job. Our phone number is a call-tracking line; calls may be recorded for quality and training. California is a two-party-consent state, so you will hear an announcement at the start of the call, and you can ask us to stop recording at any time.
• When you use the request form: nothing is stored on this website. The form opens your own messaging or email app with the details filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
• When you browse: we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies and collects an anonymized device identifier. We do not run advertising trackers.
• When we do a job: your name, address, vehicle information and ID details as required by California locksmith regulations, kept on the invoice.

What we do with it

We use it to do the job, to invoice you, and to keep the records the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services requires. We do not sell or share customer information with anyone except the payment processor for card transactions and as required by law.

Your choices

Ask us not to record and we will not. Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, beyond what the invoice record legally requires. Email [email protected].
